CASE SUMMARY: A 72-year-old woman presented with dyspnea and unstable wide complex tachycardia (WCT). Initial cardioversion was unsuccessful. CONCLUSIONS: Knee OA is characterized by validated systemic expansions of specific T-reg and monocyte subsets. Single-cell epigenetic profiling suggests epigenetically distinct subpopulations driven by age, OA, comorbid conditions, or migration from circulation to the periphery.

CONCLUSIONS: Combined surgery increased transient urinary complications without prolonging hospitalization, supporting the safety of a multidisciplinary approach in patients with early-stage endometrial cancer.
